Is the free Community edition really free?
Yes. Open source, no time limit, no feature gates on local orchestration. The Pro/Team subscription unlocks features that require our cloud infrastructure — remote access relays, federation servers, cloud sync.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Anytime. Use the customer portal (linked from your account page) to switch — Stripe handles proration automatically.
How does Team seat management work?
Subscribe with one seat from this page, then open the desktop app to invite team members. Adding or removing seats updates your subscription instantly with prorated billing.
What if I cancel?
You keep Pro/Team features until the end of your current billing period. After that, the app reverts to Community — your local agents and data stay untouched.
What happens if I'm offline?
Pro features stay unlocked for 72 hours without connectivity. The app revalidates automatically when you're back online.
